授权文件需要在购买完成后，在我的订单页面下申请，具体步骤如下：

电子授权证明申请步骤：

①、在完成购买后，点击我的订单，进入发票申请页面。

②、授权信息填写处可勾选是否需要电子授权书。

③、确认资料提交后，系统将发送电子授权证明到音乐的购买邮箱。
