In order to avoid legal risk, authors shall provide the subject qualification, authorized work ownership review materials, the transaction materials of the authorized work (including but not limited to the portrait right shooting license, private property shooting license, creation description, author profile, etc.), and shall guarantee the authenticity and integrity of the materials provided.
When a customer purchases an item under “License 3 – Unlimited”, he receives a perpetual license – without time limit for the number of allowed downloads and the number of audiences. Authors should agree that uploaded items are authorized with no time restrictions.
Authors need to have the mechanical reproduction of their works, public broadcast rights, information network broadcast rights, including but not limited to the existing laws and regulations of all rights categories.
100wa protects the legitimate rights and interests of authors and purchasers. We provide a three-party contract for the purchase of “License 3 – Unlimited”. The author shall cooperate in the contract signing process.
How to calculate your income?
When you sell video works on 100wa, every time the item is sold (one item can be sold many times), you get a commission share, and the exclusive, China-exclusive and non-exclusive authors will have different proportions.
(Exclusive in China: Authorize 100wa to sell your works exclusively in China (including mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan Region). That is, you can not authorize any other *Chinese* companies to sell your works.)
Non-Exclusive Authors 50% (details)
Non-exclusive authors share 50% of their income, for example, selling $ 100 (tax excluded) for an item.
The money you get = ($100 – 10.7% Poundage) * 50% = $44.65 (rounded to $45)
Since most buyers on 100wa are in China, we have to abide by China tax laws which means that you will have 17% withheld from all China sales. Also, according to China tax policy, there’s another income tax for individuals varies between 40% and 20%.
As there’s a temporarily preferential policy, 100wa pays all taxes for all the authors.

Prepare and pack your works as a ZIP file and upload. Works failing to meet the criteria will be rejected.
STEP 2 : Getting Ready for Sale
Upon passing the review process, your works will be online ready to be sold.
STEP 3: Agreement Signing
We may contact you for signing an agreement upon buyer’s request.
STEP 4 : Get Commission
The ‘My Commission’ menu will show the automatic calculation of the commission income received.
Automatic Commission Settlement
100wa guarantees the commission system to remain public and transparent. Commissions will be calculated automatically by the system. When an item is sold, the author will be immediately notified about the information concerning what items were sold, the amounts, and commission rates.
